DLT Atlantis Publishing only exists to publish the works of JC and Rita De La Torre. We are not accepting submissions to publishing other author's books. 

We do offer many author services that include publishing books under the DLT Atlantis imprint for a fee.

Typically it takes 3 to 4 weeks depending on the availability of our artists.

Not at all, you retain all rights to your work. We will only take agreed upon fees and charges. The work and the profits are yours.

No. However, if you chooe Independent Author Deluxe, you will have global distribution through our providers Ingram and Baker & Taylor. Also, if you choose Elite, your title will be included in the Ingrams Wholesalers guide, seen by bookstores throughout the world.

Assuming this is part of the Deluxe or Elite packages -You'll receive one proof for your approval. After that you'll have to purchase copies of the book through us - but at the wholesale price.

We follow the guidelines of most major self service providers. If there's an issue with printing, we will assist in correcting the file at no additional charge by DLT Atlantis Publishing.

However, DLT Atlantis Publishing is not responsible for any fees incurred for resubmission with your self publishing partner - that is the responsibility of the author.

We'll do our best to work with your book to make sure it's ready for printing.

With that said, we had several books Lulu and Booksurge books and thus far have yet to have an issue caused by our files.

Payments are made on a monthly basis on books sold. Your amount will be the retail price minus production costs and a $2 administrative fee (Elite customers are not charged the admin fee)

None of our ISBNs have ever been used before and are registered in Bowker's Books in Print.

All ISBNs are set up under DLT Atlantis Publishing with the exception of those who purchase ISBN Advanced or Independent Publisher Elite.

We currently accept paypal for credit card purchases (preferred), Money order or cashier's check.

Unfortunately, no. Payment must be made before work begins.

If you need to pay in installments, query us and we'll discuss terms, however no work will be completed until the account has been satisfied.

Refunds are dependent on how far along we are in the process.

If you request a refund before any work has begun, you will receive it in full.

If you request a refund after work has begun, we will work with you on a case by case basis.

For example, if you go with the elite package - the book cover and layout have already been completed and you decide you want your refund, your refund will be minus the charges for the cover and layout. They will, of course, be yours to keep since you purchased them.

An agreement is required for your protection as well as DLT Atlantis Publishing. This agreement ensures that you are satisfied with our work, while it protects us from liability if files are not compatible with systems and/or deemed unusable.

This is strictly a services contract - you retain all rights to your work.
